Business-focused Inventory of Personality (BIP)

BIP is a practical, work-based personality questionnaire that is valuable for use at managerial levels. BIP combines an assessment of both work style and motivation and was originally developed in Germany over ten years ago following research into personality at work and with input from HR professionals.

  • Motivation - achievement motivation, efficiency motivation; leadership motivation;
  • Work style – conscientiousness, flexibility; decisiveness;
  • Social skills - social sensitivity; openness to contact; sociability; teamwork; assertiveness;
  • Stability - emotional stability; work under pressure; self-confidence.
