Customer Service Test is an objective instrument designed to measure the most important factors leading to high efficiency in customer service. 
 
CST is a situational judgment test (SJT) which contains hypothetical problem situations and aims to determine the approach test takers are most likely to have when interacting with customers and provides information about the probability that they will be successful on the job.
