Assessment / Development Center

Assessment / Development Center is a system of instruments for monitoring and evaluation of specific set of competencies that is needed in order to efficiently work with others and /or manage people and processes.
 
The exercises simulate various situations or everyday work problems. The way in which participants deal with them is monitored by trained evaluators. The exercises in the centre are carefully selected to provoke reactions and behavior which could help assess the level of already possessed competencies.
 
We can:
  • assist in determining the Assessment / Development Center design and the selection of tools, based on the particular competencies;
  • conduct the Assessment / Development Center;
  • conduct training of assessors;
  • analyze the data collected;
  • provide adequate assessment of the potential of the employees on key positions and create plans for their career development;
  • give feedback to participants.
