Counterproductive behaviors are voluntary actions that affect an individual’s job performance and undermine organizational effectiveness. They encompass workplace behaviors such as: 
  • theft and/or destruction of property; 
  • misuse of information, time, and resources; 
  • failure to learn and follow safety instructions; 
  • poor attendance, alcohol and drug use; 
  • inappropriate verbal and physical actions. 
 
After the training participants would develop ability to:
  • identify the problem spots in your security systems;
  • develope systems lowering employees’ opportunities to commit counterproductive behaviors;
  • appraise the level of ethics, conscientiousness, and discipline of candidates and employees;
  • identify the predisposition toward committing theft and embezzlement, changeable work motivation, attitudes toward ignoring the rules and aggression.
