Assessment of Loyalty (Integrity Check)

Integrity Check is the first Bulgarian test assessing integrity. Its main purpose is to be used as a tool assessing reliability, trustworthiness, and integrity of job candidates during the selection process and subsequent assessment of current employees. 
  • counterproductive behavior - the past behavior of the person; 
  • violation frequency - Indirect indicator of the existence of attitudes for counterproductive behavior; 
  • ethical cases - consists of short scenarios related to theft and/or disloyalty in the workplace; 
  • counterproductive attitudes - the person’s reactions and judgments on different, common workplace issues. 
Useful for: 
  • selection of candidates for various positions;
  • implementation of programs and systems for enhancement of loyalty;
  • workplace theft prevention.
