Preventing burnout among employees is a top priority for organizations operating in high-demand, fast-paced environments. Early symptoms are often overlooked, while the consequences can significantly impact both team productivity and the mental well-being of individual employees.
The burnout prevention program includes a comprehensive screening across the organization to identify employees at risk using the well-established Burnout-R assessment tool. For those identified as at risk, individual support programs are developed in collaboration with their direct managers.
A resilience workshop is also organized for all participants, focusing on practical strategies for managing stress and strengthening psychological resilience.

- Burnout screening for all participants using the Burnout-R questionnaire
- Identification of employees at risk of burnout, as well as those already showing symptoms, followed by the development of individual support programs
- A 3-hour resilience workshop aimed at improving stress management and psychological resilience for all participants
