Prometriks 360 UPGRADE is a specially designed and validated tool that provides you with detailed and objective feedback on your employees' performance and guidance on their future development. It assesses the 9 competencies (the six core competencies from Prometriks 360 BASIC + 3 additional) with which we focus on a wider range of managerial duties and responsibilities.
