Polygraph Examination

Polygraph Examination (Lie Detector Test)

A polygraph examination (also known as a lie detector test) is conducted to verify the accuracy of employee statements. It is commonly used in cases involving incidents, information leaks, misconduct, and similar situations. The tool can also be applied during pre-employment screening, particularly when it is difficult to obtain sufficient background information about candidates or when the roles in question are of critical importance to the organization.

What you will gain:

  • Highly reliable and relatively fast verification of employee statements in cases of theft, information leaks, and similar incidents
  • Time savings and reduced uncertainty regarding who is directly involved in a specific incident and who is not
  • Strict confidentiality in handling sensitive internal company matters
  • Additional background verification of candidates on topics that are difficult or impossible to assess through other methods
