Tanya Brickler, CEO
Tanya holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, USA. With 18 years of experience in organizational consulting, psychological testing, recruitment, and training, Tanya has developed a 360-degree feedback methodology widely used by companies across various sectors in Bulgaria. Before joining Prometriks, she was part of the HR Bulgaria team, and at Prometriks she continues to actively work on developing tests and competency models, organizing and conducting assessment and development centers, and optimizing recruitment and performance evaluation procedures.

Nikolay Nikolov, Director of Research and Development
Nikolay has a strong academic background, including a postdoctoral degree in Organizational Psychology. He has over 20 years of practical experience in developing and adapting psychometric tests. Before joining Prometriks, he worked at the Psychology Institute of the Ministry of Interior and at HR Bulgaria. Nikolay leads and participates in various consulting projects, conducts numerous surveys, and consistently provides scientifically grounded solutions to client inquiries. Caring, charismatic, and precise, he often leads the training sessions organized by the company.

Denitsa Drumeva, Marketing Director
Denitsa holds a Master’s degree in “Commercial Business” and two Bachelor’s degrees in “Trade Economics” and “Marketing” from the University of Economics – Varna. Before joining Prometriks, she was part of the HR Bulgaria team, managing sales, marketing, and finance activities. Her experience includes organizing training, coordinating internal projects, and working directly with clients. At Prometriks, she is responsible for the organization’s marketing positioning. In addition, Denitsa is the director of the non-profit organization Hestia, whose mission is to improve diagnostic practices in research on children’s mental, social, and emotional development.

Mila Atanasova, HR Consultant
Mila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Family Counseling. She manages client projects involving psychometric testing, assessment & development centers, 360-degree feedback, and recruitment projects. She conducts interpretations and interviews. Analytical and experienced, Mila provides support and consultation on a wide range of issues, gained from her work in various organizations and in implementing employee psychological support programs.

Alisa Boycheva, HR Consultant
Alisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Neuropsychology, with additional training in environmental science. At Prometriks, she works with psychometric tools, including result interpretation and feedback delivery, and participates in all stages of client projects: from organizing assessments to preparing reports. Alisa has experience in analytical and organizational work, including workforce planning, scheduling, and data management. She actively communicates with clients, identifies their needs, and provides context-specific solutions.

Tamara Gesheva, Back Office Coordinator
Tamara has over 20 years of experience in office management. Organized and responsive, she assists clients with technical inquiries and coordinates our online assessment platforms, Assessia and 360 Assessia.

Gergana Ivanova, Psychologist
Gergana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Child and Adolescent Psychology from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski.” She has experience working with at-risk children and families, crisis interventions, and remote consultations for children, parents, and later, individuals with addictions and their families. She strongly believes in investing time and effort in prevention programs, which is why she considers the mission of Hestia Foundation extremely meaningful. She joined the foundation in 2024, coordinating certification training for social work professionals and developing articles and materials in psychology.

Natalia Nikolova, Psychologist
Natalia brings extensive professional experience in communication, education, and organizational psychology. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Philology and a Master’s in Labor and Organizational Psychology, enabling her to combine language expertise, psychological insight, and professional approach in her work with specialists. Her professional interests include psychopathology, personality psychology, educational psychology, and psychodiagnostics, contributing to a thorough and modern approach in her work with specialists and in selecting training and tools. She focuses on building trust, effective communication, and establishing sustainable professional partnerships with the specialists she works with.
