FAT (Fragebogen zur Arbeit im Team) is a tool for assessing team effectiveness, widely used in organizational practice. It is based on the Kassel model of teamwork, according to which effectiveness is determined by four key factors – goals, coordination, relationships, and commitment. The test has been specifically adapted, standardized, and normed for Bulgaria and provides a quick and objective diagnosis of team functioning.

What does it involve?
FAT consists of 24 items presented as pairs of contrasting descriptions of team behavior. Participants evaluate the extent to which each reflects the actual functioning of their team using a 6-point scale.
