Integrity Check is an objective tool designed to assess an applicant’s tendency to be honest, loyal, trustworthy, and dependable. It also measures personal attitudes towards adhering to social, moral, and organizational norms and rules with the primary aim of preventing theft, abuse, fraud, and other types of counterproductive work behaviors.

Integrity check consists of 4 sections. Each section contains questions related to past behaviors, attitudes towards work or ethical dilemmas. The questionnaire is also designed to detect attempts to present false impressions and provide insincere answers.
