2022: A year in review

In yet another turbulent year globally, we once again look back with gratitude—to you for your trust and support, and to our team for their energy and dedication.

Here are some of the key milestones we achieved this year:

• We launched our proprietary personality test based on typological theory—TYPE Explorer—on the Bulgarian market. The questionnaire generated strong interest among HR professionals, career consultants, and trainers.
• We continued to enhance 360 Assessia—the first Bulgarian platform for 360-degree feedback. Its new functionalities enable professionals to create flexible questionnaires fully tailored to their needs. We are proud of our contribution to the development of hundreds of Bulgarian leaders.
• We adapted and standardized d2-R, one of the most widely used attention and concentration tests in the world, for Bulgaria.
• We launched our Employee Development and Psychological Wellbeing Programs—comprehensive solutions based on assessment results, with a strong focus on follow-up actions and implementation.
