2023: Year in Review

As 2023 comes to an end, we look back with satisfaction from our achievements, pride in our efforts, and gratitude to our partners and colleagues. This year:

• We won and successfully delivered a public procurement project of significant importance for Bulgaria: “Development of a new risk assessment toolkit for offenders, along with a software platform, maintenance support, and training for the staff of the General Directorate for Execution of Sentences.”
• We trained numerous Bulgarian HR professionals in the use of professional assessment tools for personality, cognitive abilities, integrity, and more.
• We supported many Bulgarian leaders in becoming more effective in their roles through 360-degree assessments and individual consultations.
• We were a trusted partner to organizations seeking to improve their workplace climate and internal communication, helping their employees become more satisfied and more effective in their roles.
• We delivered various Development Programs for teams aiming to overcome challenges or simply become more cohesive.
