As a Psychologist / HR Consultant at Prometriks, you will work with us to apply science-based tools in practice across various Bulgarian and international companies. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and wellbeing of people in organizations through projects related to psychometric assessments, 360-degree feedback, Assessment and Development Centers, employee surveys, and more.

Your role will include:

• Intensive work with psychometric tools – interpretation and delivery of feedback
• Active communication and meetings with current and prospective clients, including presenting our portfolio
• Identifying client needs and proposing the most suitable customized solutions
• Participation in all stages of client projects—from design and organization to reporting, results interpretation, and feedback sessions

You will receive comprehensive initial training in working with psychometric tests and other tools used by the company.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in the development of new tools, products, and services, as well as in planning and executing marketing activities and events promoting our work.

This role may be a great fit for you if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
• Experience in working with people (psychological counseling, clinical practice, or similar)
• Excellent computer literacy
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• English proficiency at C1 level
• Curiosity and a strong desire for continuous learning
• Excellent time management skills
