Selection stages
Stage 1 - executed by a representative of Prometriks. 
  • documents screening; 
  • conducting an interview; 
  • assessment with professional questionnaires (OS Bulgaria is our partner in the assessment process); 
  • preparing a report of the candidate and presenting it to the company. 
 
Stage 2 - final interview with a representative of the company.
