Every individual is a person long before becoming a leader. Personality traits play a key role in shaping leadership style - determining both the potential for outstanding success and the challenges one may face.
The leadership development program is based on individual consultations with each participant. Prior to the consultation, Prometriks experts conduct an assessment using two tools: a comprehensive personality profile with the NEO-PI-3 and the Leadership Judgement Indicator - one of the leading leadership assessments on the Bulgarian market. During the consultation, the connection between personality and preferred leadership styles is explored. Key strengths and development areas are identified, and practical development strategies are discussed.
Following the individual consultations, wecan organize a session with company representatives (HR professionals and/or direct managers of the participating leaders) to present overall trends in leadership styles. This session also outlines recommended next steps for leadership development within the organization.
The program includes:
- Individual session with a Prometriks consultant for each participant, focused on enhancing leadership effectiveness based on personality (duration: 1 hour)
- Comprehensive personality profile for each participant using the NEO-PI-3 questionnaire
- Assessment of preferred leadership styles and effectiveness in applying different leadership approaches using Leadership Judgement Indicator
- Presentation of overall leadership trends and development recommendations for the organization (optional)
